Luciana trae fundaciones de deseño Brasileño, con todos los elementos que acompañan tal clima tropical y sub-tropical, como ventilación pasiva, espacios abiertos, uso de la luz natural, ambientes que promulgan un estilo de vida ricamente social y orientado para la area fuera de la casa.  Sus fundaciones de deseño tambien promoven la creación de espacios convertibles, para la integracion entre los espacios dentro de la casa con los de fuera.

Tambien trae altos estandares de deseño - estandares que son especificos a cada sitio, hechos a la medida y respetables al ambiente alrededor.
